ADHD/ AuDHD Support

counseling, craniosacral therapy MinnesotaEvery superpower has its kryptonite, and neurodiversity is no exception. Although neurodiverse individuals often exhibit brilliant and creative thought patterns, everyday tasks such as time management, organization, prioritization, and self-regulation can be a real struggle. Thankfully, effective, practical strategies can help address these challenges. We will work together to create your own toolkit so you can overcome obstacles, build sustainable habits, and achieve your goals with greater ease and confidence.

Executive Functioning therapy has three steps:

  1. Initial Assessment: I will work to better understand your areas of strength and struggle, and assist you in articulating your goals for our work together.
  2. Individualized Action Plan: Together, we will develop a personalized plan with actionable steps to meet your goals.
  3. Ongoing Support: Regular follow-up sessions to track progress, adjust strategies, and celebrate achievements.

Executive Functioning therapy sessions can help people who identify in various ways, including:

  • Neurodiverse folks (for example, ADD, ADHD, AuDHD and/or autism)
  • Adults with cognitive challenges
  • Professionals looking to improve their productivity and efficiency
  • Students who need help with organization, time management, and goal-setting for academic success
  • Anyone seeking personal development

Parent Coaching for Families with Neurodiverse Kids

Parenting a neurodiverse child can be both deeply rewarding and uniquely challenging. As a parent coach, I help caregivers move beyond behavior management to build connection, confidence, and calm within their families. Drawing on over 25 years as an occupational therapist and additional training in trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, I support parents in understanding their child’s sensory, emotional, and relational needs—while also caring for their own nervous systems. Together, we translate insights into practical strategies that nurture resilience, strengthen relationships, and bring more ease and joy to daily life.

Together, we will work to:

  • Understand behavior through a nervous system lens
  • Build tools for co-regulation and connection
  • Create sustainable routines and transitions
  • Address parent self-regulation and compassion
  • Find moments of joy in the parenting journey

What to Expect

Parent coaching is collaborative, experiential, and tailored to your family’s unique rhythm. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place virtually. Some parents come for a few sessions to address a specific challenge, while others prefer ongoing support as they integrate new strategies and insights into daily life.

Unlike therapy, parent coaching is not focused on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, it offers a structured, strengths-based space to identify what’s working, explore what’s not, and co-create practical tools that fit your values and your child’s needs. Between sessions, you’ll be encouraged to experiment, observe, and bring your experiences back for reflection, building confidence and connection one step at a time.

Mental Health Therapy

office, craniosacral therapy MinnesotaI provide mental health counseling with warmth, curiosity, and a trauma-informed approach for individuals, couples, and families. As a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in occupational therapy, I help clients untangle stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and the echoes of past trauma, without judgment or one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach blends somatic, attachment-based, and narrative tools to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and personal story, while strengthening the relationships that matter most. Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space to explore challenges, try out new ways of being, and build resilience, balance, and a little more ease in your everyday life.

I have special interest in working with:
