What ages do you work with?
I work with individuals ages 16 and up.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
Both! I have an office near Loring Park in Minneapolis and also provide virtual services. In certain situations, I will provide “marathon session” home visits.
Do you take insurance?
I do not bill insurance at this time. I can provide a “superbill” for you to submit for possible HSA/ FSA or insurance reimbursement upon request.
Do you offer reduced-fee services?
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions each month. Please contact me if you are interested in this option.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! If you are interested in working with me, please email me to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. This allows us to determine if we are a good match before booking an intake session.
What are your credentials?
I am a licensed occupational therapist in the state of Minnesota, license #103709. I am also a Marriage and Family Therapy intern and anticipate receiving my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in June 2025. Additionally, I have completed the following training/ certifications:

Who is “the collective”?
The collective has multiple meanings. On a broad, systemic level, it is each one of us. Only by working together can health and healing occur in the world. On a professional level, the collective will expand over time to include a variety of health and wellness providers—stay tuned!
